Your Time has come to Focus on YOU and Attract Your Most Exceptional Life

You got this! You know how I know? Because if I walked through my deep fears (often times crawled), then I know you can too. We all have wounds, yes some people have more than others. I was part of the “more” group.

I’ve personally been witness to hundreds of women from the “more” group, walk through their fears and make it out alive, and thrive, for the first time in their lives. It took bravery, guts, a God of their understanding (Universe, Buddha, the ocean), and a raw desperation for a better life.

If you are sick and tired of your life being in the same stuck place, then you are ready and willing for change. That’s great! Your time has come to focus on YOU and attract your Most Exceptional life.

💜, Tiffany .

When is the Right Time to Hire Help for Your Business? EP068

I struggled with this question for years before I took action, “when is the right time to hire help for your business?”

As the money you spend on help will mean less money in your pocket. I TOTALLY GET IT!

To delay hiring help can end up costing you 100 times the amount it would cost just to have hired the humans in the first place.

Let me help guide you on how to assess when is the right time to hire help, to hire a business coach, who to hire first, and everything in between.

Any follow up questions to this episode just message me on social media and I would be happy to answer them.

Girl Boss Magic

When I dreamed up ProjectME 10 years ago (yup took me 10 years to start this company), I knew I had a special gift to share with women all over the world. That gift is to empower, encourage, and educate women to be financially free and independent, to feel worthy of the BEST and get it!

Women no longer need to depend on men to financially support them and their family, or to buy the latest Prada bag or a trip to Paris, we can do it ourselves if we want to. We can do and have it all if we want to. WE WILL DO THIS TOGETHER!

Start today by encouraging, supporting, and believing in yourself and all of the incredible women around you. Instead of feeling jealous, envious, or intimated by the Women you admire, embrace them, talk to them, ask them questions, ask for their advice. The truly empowered women will be honored to support you.

Creating a Brand that has Staying Power while Keeping your Passion Alive, with Jennifer Gardner, Trial Lawyer and Top Marketing Strategist EP067

You have to decide if you want a business or a brand.

A business is basic, you provide something that people need and like, and if you are doing it correctly, they will come back to buy from your business repeatedly.

A brand is something much more than a business, it has it’s own emotional currency to people, trust has been built over time, anything that is sold aligns with the soul and mission of the brand.

I have both, my first company is a business not a brand, although a 7-figure business with an excellent reputation, it isn’t a brand. My second company, ProjectME with Tiffany Carter was designed from the beginning (still less than a year old) to be a brand. It stands for something….the mission is clear…the tone is consistent…the vibe is obvious.

Learning how to create a brand that withstands time requires a special set of expert marketing skills (either learned or innate). My guest on today’s podcast Jennifer Gardner, has run her brand and practice since 1992, she’s a successful trial lawyer in Los Angeles who is teaching other lawyers how to build their own brands.

She also is the host of the Roamhowl Podcast, and author of 10X Your Referrals, which teaches must-know survival strategies for 21st Century

Law Humans who want to skyrocket their referrals.

Client Appreciation Tip

When your CPA finishes your taxes and presents you with a nice bottle of wine it means: A. You owe a 💩 load of $$ to the IRS. B. You are an amazing client. C. Wine 🍷 is your love language.

In all seriousness, one of my keys to sustained success is never taking my loyal clients for granted. Show appreciation for your clients, your customers, your tribe, your family, and most importantly yourself.

You see my CPA, who owns one of the largest firms in the West Coast, takes the time to remember that I love wine and I really love Justin wine. Would I still keep him as my CPA if he didn’t do this, yes because his firm does a superb job, but I wouldn’t feel as valued by him/them as I do today. It doesn’t take much, a $90 bottle of wine versus the thousands I spend with them annually isn’t much. It’s all relative. Write a hand written note, send the flowers, buy their favorite candy, just do something.

Late Night Writing Session

Late evening writing 💻 session last night has me a bit groggy this morning. As most entrepreneurs and side-hustlers know, you gotta work it when you can and when you’re inspired. • When I speak to large sales teams, my line is “when you are on a roll, keep rollin’!” We are human after all and not everyday or week do we feel on point, energized, and motivated. So it’s important that when we are at our best to keep it rollin’, this way you have so much high quality “work” in the bank that when you have that off day or week, you are still ahead of the pack.

Using Video to Sell and Grow Your Following EP066

“But I hate doing videos…” I hear this at least a dozen times a week; followed by some excuse for hating video. This ranges from having no time, to the kids being all over me, to I don’t have anything to say and I’m boring.

Well for starters no one is more boring than me! I’m a Virgo introvert that loves routine; chill time, Epsom salt and oil baths, writing, reading, and bad reality TV. Per month I have tens of thousands of views of my videos…and I’m not doing anything exciting and most of the time I don’t have any makeup on.

If content is queen, video is king! To have a successful business you MUST learn to embrace video and do it consistently. Video builds trust with your audience, as they can see you, experience your energy, see your products in 3D, and connect with you on a much deeper level.

Would you keep dating someone who you only emailed and texted? Would you be close friends with someone who only interacted with you with a still photo and a typed message? Doesn’t sound very fulfilling or intimate does it?

It holds true for your audience and customers…listen to today’s episode to learn how to use video to sell and grow your following.

If You Can’t Control your Emotions, You Can’t Control Your Money

I can already hear some of you saying, “that’s not true, look at all of the erratic behavior of wealthy celebrities and socialites.” YES, exactly. They are overspending, have people on their teams stealing from them or abusing their expense accounts, and many of these people owe millions in back taxes!!!

My point is just because someone is rich doesn’t mean they will remain that way for years to come. Erratic, irrational, crazy, toxic emotional behavior will affect your earnings whether you are middle class or uber rich. It’s all relative. • Approx 4 years ago, I was an emotional mess but I wasn’t aware of it. I was a full blown workaholic with exercise bulimia, and dating all the wrong guys. I also was making more $$$ than ever before. Guess what happened, I lost almost 400k in hard cash in less than a year! I had someone steal from me, I leant money to someone who never paid me back, had a business deal with no signed contract (my fault), and I was paying other people’s bills out of some made up obligation. On the street things looks damn good but inside my brain and my bank account was pure chaos.

So the master of money Warren Buffet is damn right. When our emotional life is in chaos so is our financial life.

Thoughts from my Bath Tub

My best and most creative ideas don’t come to me when I’m frazzled, anxious, and stressed; they flow in when I’m calm, relaxed, and quiet. On Sundays I fully embrace #selfcaresunday. I ask my inner child (Little Tiffy ☺️) what she needs, and I honor it above all else. 💜 Sometime she blurts out, “color, I want to color!” Other times like today she replied with, “I want quiet.” Try it, ask “Little _________ what do you need today?” Then honor that need above all else, no matter how silly it sounds. 💜, Tiffany and Little Tiffy
