Do you have to own your own company? Or is #girlboss really more of a mindset?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There’s no clear answer. But to me, being a boss is a mentality. In order to become a boss (in the generic sense of the word) you must fist believe you have what it takes to truly lead a company. If you believe that you do, and you can show that you do, then your much more likely to actually become the boss (or at least get a promotion!) ?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The same is true for entrepreneurship. You can be entrepreneurial without being an entrepreneur. How is that possible? Well being entrepreneurial simply means being passionate about what you do and being comfortable taking risks, and moving forward after failures. You don’t have to own your own company to do that!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So, don’t wait for a title change or promotion to start being a “boss”. Instead, wake up, put on your #girlboss pants and start owning your life! ?⠀⠀⠀⠀
