I am a very matter of fact type of person. I didn’t always believe in the power of speaking your truth to a the universe. To be honest, for a long time, I thought it was all a load crap.
So, what finally changed? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It was my relationship with myself. I did some serious soul searching. I started going to therapy, prioritizing self-care, listening to my body and learning to love and trust my authentic self.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It wasn’t magic, or spiritual, or anything like that. It was just me working hard to close the gap between who I was, and who I wanted to be.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I full-heartedly believe that in order to trust in the universe you must first learn to trust yourself. ?
