1. Write bullet points, not the whole speech – writing bullet points allows you the flexibility to bounce around from topic to topic without “messing up” your flow!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2. Know your shit – There’s only one way to really settle your nerves when it comes to public speaking and that is to know your shit!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3. Make it conversational – Engage your audience, ask questions, and encourage conversation. This not only makes your presentation more interesting, but it also takes the attention off of just you and puts it back on the audience!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4. Move your body – the more you move the less nervous you will look and feel! So walk around the stage while your talking and don’t be afraid to use your hands!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

5. Last but not least, PRACTICE! The more you do it, the easier it gets – I promise!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
