As an entrepreneur, you learn quickly that instincts and intuition are often just as important as concrete analytics and metrics. ?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We all have instincts but some of us are more in tune with them than others. I like to think of them like a muscle that can be stretched and strengthened through consistent practice and training. ??⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are 4️⃣ simple steps that I use to increase my intuitive powers:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Listen to your gut – how do you feel inside (calm, excited, cramped, etc.)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Observe your energy levels – Pay attention to whether being around someone makes you feel tired and drained or energetic and alive.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Look for an Aha! moment – Instincts tend to come and go quickly! We can be ruminating on something for days or even weeks and then suddenly it hits us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Meditate – Separate yourself from outside noise, people and distractions and allow yourself to simply be with your thoughts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do you consider yourself to be highly intuitive?
