Whether you’ve worked in sales or not, you should be able to answer this question. Sales is one of those things that people either LOVE or HATE.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Now, I know what you’re thinking… Why is hating sales a bad thing? If you hate it, you probably (hopefully) don’t work in sales, and most likely don’t plan to. That’s GREAT!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However,it doesn’t matter what you do for work… if you deal with people and you deal with money – then you are in sales! ?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You may not be selling a product, but you are always selling yourself! Whether it’s your work, your ideas, and your value, your company, or even your next promotion. In order to progress and ultimately to win, you have to constantly be selling!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I know this may not be what you wanted to hear. Trust me, I get it. As a self-declared introvert, sales did not come naturally to me either. BUT I figured out how to make them work for me.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

At the end of the day, sales are really nothing more than an exchange of value. You want something I have so I agree to accept a trade of equal value. It happens every day. We are each involved in countless sales every single day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, why is selling ourselves and our worth any different? ?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s not! It’s just another simple exchange of value. What makes it difficult, is when our self worth is low. If we under-value ourselves then the sale will always be hard!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
