Now, anyone with a social media account, an iPhone (or android), and a few years of hard work, dedication and consistency can become famous and reap the benefits that come along with it! ?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It seems so simple! Right? Not quite! What we see on social media is only a small part of the story. The reality is that most of the women and men who are considered “Instagram famous” did not skyrocket to fame overnight. The majority of them have been hustling and working for years to grow their influence. Nobody was watching 5 years ago when they were posting photos and videos every day and receiving little to no engagement, but they were, and they stuck with it!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The odds of going to sleep one night and waking up the next day famous are extremely low! As a business woman, I am all about stacking the odds in my favor. Meaning, there’s no way that I’m going to leave my reputation up to chance. Instead, I’m going to work my ass off to control the controllable and give myself the best possible chance to succeed.
