1. Don’t beat yourself up – listen to your body. Usually, when we’re feeling low of motivation, something else is also going on. Maybe we’re behind on sleep, or maybe it’s just the change of seasons. Whatever it is, it’s okay. Be kind to yourself. Be forgiving. And take these days to indulge in some extra self-care!โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

2. Change your scenery – sometimes this is just the boost you need to shake yourself out of a funk. Try getting outside or visiting your favorite coffee shop. Inspiration is all around us, sometimes we just need a fresh perspective!โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
